Website Welcome

December, 2011.

       Welcome to the Juniper Five website.  Please read this.

       Juniper Five is a site dedicated to serious research as well as free speculation about some of the challenges we face in the human family.  It represents the incomplete, imperfect, but sincere efforts of many people to make sense of reality, to attempt to understand it, and to live and act appropriately.

       At this site, general references to the "World" (often but not always capitalized to consider it as a whole, specific entity) are meant to be positive -- meaning people of good will operating responsibly in the natural environment and considering reality to be a good thing, when seen holistically.

       At this site, general references to the "Underworld" (often but not always capitalized to consider it as a whole, specific entity) are meant as a warning that there are actual people, forces, or things, often planning and acting cooperatively, that seek to frustrate or reverse the good will of people, or of the natural environment, or other aspects of reality.  You can see more at the post titled, 'The Underworld.'

       Comments are welcome.  (Comments are your considered opinions and speculations on relevant topics.)   However:

       1.  On the Internet, we are operating in an environment under constant surveillance by the Underworld.

       2. Suggesting specific courses of action is therefore ill-advised for several reasons that will occur to you.

       3. Disinformation specialists exist, unfortunately, as part of the Underworld.  There are also censors and supervisors who are looking for reasons to shut down sites that they fear.

       4. Therefore, comments will be monitored, and it may be necessary to remove comments that seem to be good and truthful -- just because they happen to be good and truthful,  so don't be offended if your comment is deleted:  it may be precisely on the mark.

       5. Remember that we are operating under the radar here, in plain sight.

       6. Reader Comments may be freely made at the page, 'Reader Comments.'

       Inputs are most welcome.  In fact, they are the reason for this site.  Inputs are your contributions of serious research to establish facts and draw significance and meaning from those facts.  Please note, however:

       1.  We are operating on the internet, under probably total surveillance.  As far as I know, you, like I, can be traced back from your postings, whether or not you use aliases and other means to conceal yourself.  So understand that we are operating in total nakedness here -- okay?

       2.  We will be developing guidelines for input to make it most useful, but for now, use this format for input:
              a.  A brief descriptive header
              b.  Use a who-what-where-when-how approach;  make it as accurate, clear and concise as possible.
              c.  If you can, develop the why, purpose, meaning, significance as clearly as you can.  Try to do this in one or more paragraphs that are clearly distinguishable from the source data.
              d.  Give your judgment of trustworthiness of the information and its source.
              e.  Cite the source whenever possible; page number where possible; give an internet link whenever possible.
              f.  You may suggest tag words for cross-referencing and linking purposes.
              g. Identify yourself, even with an alias or combination of letters and numbers, whenever possible.  Protect your credibility: and if someone "hacks" your name, say so, and the information can be removed or flagged.

       3.  I will try to sort input into appropriate files or categories.  I'll hopefully figure out how to do this as we go.

Additions, December 3, 2012:

       4. If you want to make an input, just use the Open Input page link that appears at the top of this site.  I will try to honor your request, and make a post out of it.

       5. It may be possible, in the future, that certain persons may be able to post directly to this site -- rather than going through the Open Input process.  But not yet; sorry.

       The site operates from the general view that --

       -- there exist certain aspects in the real world that are actually antagonistic to the betterment of the human family;

       -- that some of these aspects can be understood, to a substantial degree, even though not completely; and this prompts both serious research and free speculation as to the nature of that actual antagonism;

       -- that truthful information is useful, and generally preferable to secrecy;

       -- that it is helpful for people of good will to share their researches, experiences, observations, and perceptions, in as honest and truthful a way as possible; always understanding that there are inherent limits in such an enterprise;

       -- that it is appropriate for people of good will to freely speculate as to the nature of things, persons, and modes, real and imagined, so long as they can clearly distinguish that what is supposed is supposed, and not proven nor actual.

       Thanks for your understanding.
